Clayton is an accomplished, strategic and experienced DEI professional, with Juris Doctor, and 20 years of demonstrated success leading Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Supplier Diversity and Sustainability initiatives. He is a proven leader with expertise spearheading cultural change through collaboration with HR, senior leadership, and internal/external stakeholders.

Prior to GBC, Clayton spent five years at Nike in both Global Procurement and DEI. As Head of Business Diversity & Inclusion at NIKE, Clayton was responsible for envisioning, building, implementing, and leading Global Supplier Diversity at NIKE. Under Clayton's leadership Nike's inaugural Supplier Diversity Program was built from the ground up and within four years Nike surpassed $1B in total spend with diverse suppliers.

As the former Head of DEI for Converse and Jordan, Clayton was responsible for leading the integration and execution of Nike’s enterprise-wide DEI strategy. This included partnering with leadership and HR teams within both brands to bring to life innovative and systemic solutions that continue to drive and build upon work connected to a culture of belonging and inclusion.

Clayton serves and has served on the Boards of Directors of civic and non-profit organizations, including serving on the Board of Directors of Diversity Information Resources, Northwest Mountain Minority Supplier Development Council, and the Mountain Plains Minority Supplier Development Council.


Prior to Nike, Clayton served as the Global Sustainability & Diversity Lead for MillerCoors, the Director of Strategic Alliances & Diversity for Major League Baseball and the Special Events Business Development Lead for the National Football League. Additionally, Clayton spent seven seasons as an NFL Instant Replay Official and was selected to officiate several playoff games and Super Bowl XLIII.

Clayton holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University at Albany, a Master of Arts in Legal Studies from the University of Illinois, and a Juris Doctorate from City University of New York.

Clayton E. Judge III

Anthony started his career in global procurement where he developed a deep understanding of the multi-billion dollar purchasing needs of Fortune 500 companies. He took this expertise to build Nike’s flagship Supplier Diversity program with his then Nike colleague and current business partner, Clayton E. Judge III. Under his leadership, Nike spent $1 Billion with diverse suppliers within three years of program inception.

Today, he spends his time consulting with clients to embed DEI and Supplier Diversity initiatives into the operations, culture, and daily practices of organizations.

Anthony is a Candidate for his Master’s in Business Administration at Harvard Business School, holds a specialized DEI literacy accreditation from the USC Marshall School of Business, and a Bachelor’s in Political Science from UCLA.

Anthony Martore
